Managing waste in a fast-food chain

Big Fernand is a young French fast food chain, born 3 years ago in Paris with the aim of offering high quality burgers in a context with great attention to detail. Over the past two years, it has opened more than 20 franchise restaurants across France.

The need was to reduce the volume of waste produced inside the restaurant in order to reduce the space required for the storage of waste bags and improve cleaning and service to consumers

The answer came thanks to the installation of the Superlizzy 500 Full compactor, with a reduction of up to 90% in the volumes of waste coming from the trays and the cutting of cleaning times of floors and surfaces, thanks to the automatic separation of liquids from solids.
